Taft-Hartley Trust Funds

The federal Labor-Management Relations Act, also known as the Taft-Hartley Act, governs the rights and responsibilities of employee and employer relations, including labor unions and multi-employer benefit plans. Taft-Hartley Trust plans provide unionized employees with pension, health and welfare, and vacation benefits. Our attorneys have years of experience representing Taft-Hartley trust funds, including pension, health and welfare, and vacation trust funds.

Construction and Soil Defects

We represent both plaintiffs and defendants in construction defect claims, including those due to poor workmanship by contractors, design defects, material failures, subcontractors' or material suppliers' defaults, departures from plan specifications, and building code violations.
