Craig L. Keller
Craig L. Keller is the founding and managing partner of Keller & Hickey. Craig has been litigating construction, business, and real estate cases for over 27 years, representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, subdivision developers, and bonding companies in all aspects of construction contracts and disputes. His practice also includes representing multiemployer benefit plans for trades in the construction industry including pension, health and welfare, and vacation trust funds. Craig has negotiated and helped complete business sales for many types of businesses including hotels, professional service firms, and family run retail businesses.
Craig received a B.A. in political science with highest distinction in 1979, and a J.D. from the University of Arizona in 1982. He is admitted to Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi and has attended the Program of Instruction for Lawyers at Harvard Law School. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court of Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Currently, he is on the board of directors of the Del E. Webb Center for the Performing Arts in Wickenburg. Craig is a past President of the University Club of Phoenix, the Desert Caballeros Western Museum, and the Wickenburg Rotary Club. He is also active with Tempe Sister Cities, serving on its delegate selection committee.
Craig was born and grew up in Detroit, Michigan. He is married with two children and enjoys horseback riding and travel.

Thomas F. Hickey 
Thomas F. Hickey joined Craig Keller in practicing law in 1989 and formed Keller & Hickey in 1994. Tom's practice areas include commercial litigation, construction disputes, surety claims and defenses, real estate disputes, business formation, estate planning, and probate, estate, and trust administration. Tom received his B.S.B.A. degree from Northern Arizona University in 1986 and his J.D. from the University of Arizona in 1989. He also attended the Program of Instruction for Lawyers at Harvard Law School.
Tom was born and raised in Alaska. As a youth, he achieved Eagle Scout and was an Anchorage Rotary Club exchange student to Finland. He is now married with twins. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his family, travel, and sports.

Daryl R. Wilson 
Daryl R. Wilson is senior associate with Keller & Hickey. Daryl represents clients in commercial litigation, construction defects and disputes, business formation, property disputes, and appellate practice. Daryl is a member of the Arizona Bar and the Oregon Bar, in addition to the Maricopa County Bar Association and the East Valley Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
Daryl was born and raised in Washington State. He received his B.A. in History from Western Washington University in 1989. After graduation, Daryl worked as a construction sales representative where he gained valuable experience working with contractors, engineers, architects, municipalities, and small business owners. Daryl enrolled at Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon in 2000 and received his J.D. in 2002. While at Willamette, he was a member of the Willamette Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution. After practicing law briefly in Oregon, Daryl moved with his family to Gilbert, Arizona and joined the firm in November, 2003.
Daryl is married and has two children. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his family, is involved in several youth organizations, and coaches youth baseball.
